One Account Per Player

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

If a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity during registration, ace61 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of undisclosed ineligibility, forfeit any remaining account balance, and permanently close the account. ace61 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Closure

Bonus funds remaining at the time of account closure are non-refundable and will not be paid out.
4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting eligibility in any way.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional competition.

- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider after deposits have been credited to your ace61 account and used for gaming activity.
- System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain.
ace61's rights on breach: Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ace61 reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the entire account balance (real money and bonus), and pursue recovery of any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited activity through all available legal means.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the ace61 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace61 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment channels may be added or removed at ace61's discretion, with notice provided to players where reasonably practicable.
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, though individual transactions above a certain threshold may trigger an additional security review. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account in real time under normal operating conditions. ace61 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Currency and Exchange
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ace61 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your payment provider will apply their own conversion rate, for which ace61 accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Unclaimed Balances
If a player's account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, ace61 may designate the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, unless prohibited by applicable law. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of credit. 6.4 Withdrawal During an Active Bonus
If a player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is present on their account and the wagering requirement for that bonus has not been completed, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. The withdrawal will then proceed using only the verified real-money balance. 8.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the ace61 platform, constitute the entire agreement between ace61 and the player with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written.
